Your player is the most important resource for your team being the key factor for performance in matches and economy power of your club.
A good manager must understand how to train, negotiate and use the players. In order to help you with this challenge there are at your disposal the tools listed below.

Training
A player receives training playing matches. You have two possible matches in a week: the weekend match (league, qualifier or friendly) and midweek match (cup or friendly). That said always remember to schedule a friendly when necessary to avoid waste training.
The training is directly linked to the position played and each training type focus in one skill granting full (100%), partial (50%) or residual (informed in the next table) effects for different positions and our tools call it effectiveness.
Each training type has also a "speed" for the skill focused being 100% the best one for each skill and the others calculated proportional to it.

For skill set pieces both training types will grant an extra 25% "speed" bonus for keeper and set pieces taker.
Finally training takes place once a week and will have the final effects also modified by: coach skill level, assistant coach total levels, intensity, stamina share and minutes played.
As you can field your player in different positions the training will always use the best 90 minutes for the training type. By the way the maximum effect is given to 90 minutes so you should never field the same player in a full or partial training effect positions twice in the week to avoid waste training.
